How to use this tool
Choose A4 or Letter and open print preview.
Choose actual size or 100 percent scale and disable browser headers if practical.
Print and inspect the edge markers, colour blocks and fine lines.
Measure the 50 mm square with a ruler and compare another print setting.
Read the result correctly
The sheet contains code-defined colour blocks, thin line patterns and a square requested at 50 millimetres. Correct physical size depends on the print dialog, printer driver and any fit-to-page option. Missing edge markers can reflect the printer’s non-printable margin rather than broken alignment. Compare the pattern with the printer manufacturer’s own nozzle or alignment utility. RGB browser colours are converted through the print pipeline and are not a calibrated CMYK proof.
Limits and troubleshooting
This page cannot read ink levels, command a nozzle cleaning or certify colour accuracy. Printer hardware margins can clip page edges. A visually clean sheet does not prove all mechanical parts are healthy. Print opens only when you ask, and no document is sent to a server. Browser PDF output tests layout but cannot test physical printer output.
Privacy and control
Device previews, recordings, selected files and report notes stay in your browser. Downloaded files remain on your device. The call check sends small HTTP probes to GearCheck Lab. The WebRTC test exchanges temporary connection descriptions through our server and contacts the disclosed STUN service only after you create or join a session. Ordinary page requests and usage measurement are described in our privacy policy.
